Heavy machinery
Excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, dump trucks, LHDs, drilling rigs and crushing plant.
We source and supply heavy equipment, hydraulic components, spare parts, lubricants, filters and safety gear for mines, contractors and fleets. Send us a part number or a parts list and we will quote it.
Six product and service areas, covering everything a workshop, mine store or contractor orders repeatedly.

Excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, graders, dump trucks, LHDs, drilling rigs and crushing plant.

Pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, hoses, fittings, gearboxes, final drives and torque converters.

Engine parts, bearings, seals, track chain, rollers, cutting edges, bucket teeth and wear parts.

Filters, lubricants, greases, coolants, tyres, fasteners, welding supplies and conveyor components.

Generators, cables, switchgear, PLCs and drives, lighting, inverters, batteries and solar systems.

PPE, fire protection, spill kits, first aid, signage, fencing and security equipment.
Technical services: part number cross-referencing, serial-number fitment checks and sourcing of items not in stock.
Most of what we supply is sourced to order. That keeps prices competitive and lets us find hard-to-get parts, but it means lead times depend on the item and the supplier.
Every quotation states the price, currency, validity period, lead time, warranty terms and delivery terms (Incoterms 2020) before you commit.

Fill in what you know. Our procurement desk replies by email, usually within one working day. To send a parts list or photos, email them to procurement@hydraumatics.zm and quote the reference you receive here.
Effective 23 October 2026. These notices apply to this website and to quotations and sales by Hydraumatics General Dealers.
Trading name: Hydraumatics General Dealers. Business registration (PACRA): 320220041698. Taxpayer Identification Number (ZRA TPIN): 1007272167. Operational base: Choma, Zambia. Email: procurement@hydraumatics.zm and info@hydraumatics.zm.
Hydraumatics General Dealers is not an authorised dealer or agent of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Cummins, Hitachi, Volvo or any other equipment manufacturer unless a specific written authorisation is stated on a quotation.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or 7 days if none is stated. Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated. Quotations depend on supplier availability and on exchange rates and freight costs at the time of quoting. We may correct obvious errors before accepting an order.
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Unless a credit account has been agreed in writing, goods are paid for in advance or against a pro-forma invoice. Special-order items may require a deposit, which is non-refundable once the item has been ordered from the supplier, unless the supplier cancels. Overdue amounts may attract interest at a reasonable rate and recovery costs.
You are responsible for giving correct equipment make, model, serial number and part number. We will check fitment where we can, but we are not liable for loss caused by wrong information supplied by the buyer.
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes according to the Incoterms 2020 rule in the quotation (or on collection or delivery where none applies). Title to the goods passes only when we have received full payment. See the Shipping and delivery section.
Inspect goods on delivery and tell us in writing within 3 working days of any shortage, damage or wrong item, with photos and the delivery note.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, downtime or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any rights you have under Zambian consumer or sale-of-goods law.
Equipment, lifting gear, pressure parts, fuel equipment and electrical items must be installed, tested and operated by competent people in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable Zambian safety, mining and environmental rules. We do not supply explosives or blasting agents.
We are not in breach for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier or shipping delays, border or port disruption, strikes, government action and natural events.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. The parties will first try to settle disputes through good-faith discussion, and then through the Zambian courts, unless a written contract agrees otherwise.
Goods are supplied under the Incoterms 2020 rule named in the quotation (for example EXW, FCA, CFR or DAP). Where DAP applies, we deliver to the agreed site entrance; unloading is your responsibility unless quoted separately.
Import duties, VAT, clearing and port charges are included only where the quotation says so. Imported items may be subject to Zambia Revenue Authority clearance, and delays at ports and borders can change lead times. Lead times in a quotation are estimates, not guarantees.
Abnormal, oversized or hazardous loads need permits and special transport, which we will quote separately. Fuel, chemicals and similar goods are supplied only in line with the licensing and safety rules that apply to them.
New goods carry the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, passed on to you. The warranty period and conditions are stated on the quotation or invoice. Aftermarket parts carry the warranty of their maker unless we state otherwise. Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, wrong installation, lack of maintenance, wrong lubricants or fluids, or use outside rated limits.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items reported within 3 working days will be repaired, replaced or credited, subject to supplier inspection. Special-order, cut-to-length, custom-made, electrical, opened or fitted items cannot be returned for change of mind. Items we agree to take back must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase, and may carry a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the goods.
